Classes involve stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates.
There is no impact involved and classes are designed to be lighthearted, stimulating and interactive and are choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. It is a mat-based class.
