2024 Membership Options

Prices from 1 January 2024 (by monthly standing order)
For classes over 45 weeks of the year.

Online Champions (including Shine VIP group access) £30.00 
This includes a wide range of exercise styles - CardioIntervals, 30 minute Pilates, Walk Club, Chair based/standing exercise and LiftLean each week.
All these sessions are delivered online.

Face-to-face Champions (including Shine VIP group access) £30.00 
once weekly face-to-face session of CardioFlex, PureStretch or Men on Mats

Unlimited  Champions (including Shine VIP group access) £48.00
Includes all face-to-face sessions, including Pilates  AND online sessions too.

Pilates £34.00
A weekly 60-minute Pilates session PLUS Shine VIP Group access

Better Bones (online) £18.00
Better Bones mat-based Pilates, Better Bones chair-based exercise and Walk Club.

Keep Moving! £6.50 per session.
A 60-minute session at Sandford Parish Hall.

Online classes are delivered via our Way To Fitness Champions Facebook group and through YouTube with links emailed weekly to members on a Friday evening. Pilates is taught in face-to-face sessions. Qualifying members get emailed the recording as well.

Our Way To Fitness Shine VIP group is a thriving online community where we cover a wide range of issues relating to great health and well-being. I do regular LIVE sessions and it is a safe space where everyone is encouraged to support and applaud each other!

New members are able to Pay As They Go for the first month and the rates in 2024 are as follows:
CardioFlex, PureStretch or Men on Mats £9.00 per 45-min session or £34.00 for a four session block,
Pilates £10.50 per 60-min session, or £38.00 for a four-session block.

Members are guaranteed a space in busy classes when they pre-pay for their sessions. Pay-As-You-Go members are welcome to join us as space allows.
