Way To Fitness offers a mixed selection of exercise sessions across the week, all listed below.

FACE-TO-FACE sessions are taking place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in Sandford and Exeter as detailed in the timetable below. CONTACT EMMA to book a place at a face-to-face session.

ONLINE sessions are shared LIVE on YouTube with the link being made available to members via the closed Way To Fitness Champions Facebook group.

PILATES sessions are run face-to-face in Sandford Parish Hall on a Wednesday afternoon.

FREE content and sample sessions can be found on the Way To Fitness YouTube Channel.

10.00am Better Bones: chair-based exercise (30 mins)

All members receive a weekly email on a Friday with YouTube links to all the sessions, so they can enjoy any session at the click of a link!

6.30pm PureStretch (45 mins) at Holy Trinity Church Centre, Beacon Heath, Exeter
