30 minutes of Legs, Bums & Tums to work you out!

PureStretch

Classes involve stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates.
There is no impact involved and classes are designed to be light-hearted, stimulating and interactive and are choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. It is a mat-based class.

BETTER BONES: Keep Moving!

Seated and standing exercise to improve your flexibility, balance, strength and aerobic fitness.
